Introduction
Setarediamonds.com is a website run by Setaré Diamonds. These Terms and Conditions will apply to any use of our Website or purchase of Products made via our Website.
Setaré Diamonds Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong with the Companies Registry number 187194.
Paragraph 25 defines the Terms and Conditions and provides an interpretation of them.
Acceptance
Personal use
You shall quickly update any information you have provided to us so that we can execute an Order or contact you as needed.
If you make an account on our website, you will keep your login and password secure. You will not lend or transmit your account’s login or password to any third party, and you are solely accountable and liable for any transactions conducted via your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately at info@setarediamonds.com.
Placing an Order
To place an Order with us, please follow the online buying method on the Website:
- Once you’ve chosen all the products you want to buy, click “My Bag” at the top of the page.
- If you are happy with the contents of your Bag, click “Continue to Payment”;
- Enter your contact information, delivery method, and shipment address.
- Choose your preferred payment method and fill out the payment details.
- Choose “Pay Now”.
After you place an order, it is subject to stock availability. If we have enough stock to fill your Order, you will receive an Order Confirmation, which serves as our acknowledgment of receipt of your Order. If we are unable to fulfill your Order due to supply issues or a lack of stock, we will tell you via email and reimburse any money made for the Order or offer you store credit in the same amount.
A Contract is formed only when we have provided you with an Order Confirmation and only for the Product(s) specified in the Order Confirmation. These Terms & Conditions are an integral element of the Contract and supersede all other conditions.
If your Order includes multiple Products, they may be delivered to you separately and at different times.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the Website at any time. We also retain the right to alter or remove any information or content on the Website. We will not be liable to you or any other party if we remove a product from our website or alter or remove any materials or information from our website.
We have the right to refuse or reject any Order placed by you at any time (even after we have provided an Order Confirmation). We will not be held liable to you or a third party if we cancel or refuse to accept an order. If we cancel your Order after receiving payment (and even after sending an Order Confirmation), we will return the payment.

Price
Product prices on our website are in Hong Kong dollars and include delivery expenses. They do not include any additional charges such as taxes, customs, levies, or other governmental fees.
All tariffs, charges, customs, taxes, or other governmental costs and declarations for importing the Products to the Delivery Address are your responsibility and must be met by you, and are not included in the product pricing.
If we identify a pricing problem, we will notify you as quickly as feasible and offer you the choice of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, the Order will be considered cancelled, and you will be issued a full refund.
Prices may change without notice. However, such modifications will not affect any Order for which an Order Confirmation has been sent.
Payment
You can pay for Products with any Payment Intermediary listed on our website.
We may utilize Payment Intermediaries to handle any payments between you and us. You agree that we may share documents and information about you with the Payment Intermediaries.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the payment process, and all payments must be made using your own cash. By clicking the “Pay Now” button, you confirm that:
- The credit card used to make the payment belongs to you.
- You have enough funds or credit to pay for the applicable Order.
We shall not be liable or responsible for any unauthorized use of your Website password, Website login, credit, debit, or prepaid cards, even if the cards were reported stolen.
Delivery

All risk in the Product passes to you upon delivery to the Delivery Address, unless delivery is delayed due to a breach of your responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation or change Orders
If you have placed an Order through our Website but have not yet received an Order Confirmation, you may cancel or change it by emailing sales@setarediamonds.com.
Once an Order Confirmation is issued, the Order cannot be cancelled or altered.
Products
If the Product you receive is defective, please send an email to sales@setarediamonds.com with a picture of the defective Product.
You can return the Product to us in compliance with our Delivery and Returns Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in our website, its content, and the materials published on it belong to us or are licensed to us. These rights are all reserved.
